Every House of Qaara bag is checked, wrapped and dispatched within 48 to 96 hours of your order confirmation. Delivery then takes 7 to 8 business days from dispatch, depending on your pin code, and some remote pin codes can take a little longer. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page.

Not at the moment. House of Qaara ships Pan India only, to serviceable pin codes across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India. A small COD handling fee applies and is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Prepaid orders do not carry this fee.

Your order confirmation includes your Order ID. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to see exactly where your bag is, at any time.

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Email houseofqaara@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 88268 98470 with your Order ID and clear photos. Once the bag reaches us, our team checks that it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with the dust bag. Approved exchanges are dispatched within 48 to 96 hours. We do not offer cash refunds. If your bag arrives damaged, write to houseofqaara@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 88268 98470 within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos. Once our team confirms the damage, we issue store credit for the full value of your bag as your refund, to use on any House of Qaara piece, at any time. If the piece you want in exchange is sold out, we also issue store credit of equal value.

Yes. Every House of Qaara bag is hand embroidered and hand embellished by specialist artisans, with beadwork, pearls, sequins and appliqué placed piece by piece. Each design is made in a limited run of ten or fewer, so very few people will ever carry the same bag.

Every piece is designed and made entirely in India. The embellishment is done by specialist artisans from Lucknow, and each bag is constructed by master craftsmen with over forty years of experience. Read more on our Commitment to Craft page.

Very close, and that is the beauty of handwork. Because every bag is embroidered and embellished by hand, small variations in the placement of beads, pearls and embroidery are natural. No two Qaara bags are exactly alike.

For evening weddings, receptions and cocktail nights, Élara, Spring Bling and Mother of Pearl in powder blue or lime bring the most sparkle. Yes. Every House of Qaara bag except Élara comes with a chain strap so you can wear it crossbody, including the denim bucket bags, Gardenia, Spring Bling, Mother of Pearl, Limonata and Ma Chéri. Limonata and Ma Chéri can also be worn as shoulder bags. Élara is designed as a hand held evening bag. The Details section on each product page lists exact features and dimensions.

Never wash or soak your bag. Brush it gently with a dry brush after wear, keep perfume, hairspray and rain away from the embellishment, and store it in the dust bag provided between outings. If a bead or thread ever loosens, do not pull it; write to us instead. The full guide is on our Wash and Care Instructions page.

No. Like every Qaara piece, our denim bucket bags are embroidered and should never be washed or soaked. A gentle dry brush after wear and storage in the dust bag will keep the embroidery looking its best.
