Every piece is checked, wrapped, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 7–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location — some pin codes take a little longer.
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across India. A small COD handling fee applies, which you'll see at checkout before you confirm. Prepaid orders skip the fee.
Your order confirmation carries your Order ID. Enter it on our Track Your Order page to see exactly where your piece is, any time.
Yes — write to us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos. Once the piece returns to us and passes our condition check (unused, undamaged, original packaging with dust bag), your exchange ships within 1–2 business days. The full process is on our Request an Exchange page.
We don't offer cash refunds. If an exchange isn't possible, we issue store credit of equal value — yours to use on anything in the House, any time.
Every bag is hand-embroidered and hand-embellished by skilled karigars — beadwork, pearls, sequins and appliqué composed piece by piece. Each design is made in a limited run of ten or fewer, so what you carry is closer to art than accessory.
Almost — and that's the point. Because every piece is made by hand, small variations in embroidery and embellishment placement are natural. No two Qaara bags are identical; yours is the only one exactly like it.
Gently. Never wash or soak — dry brush after wear, keep perfume and rain away, and rest her in the dust bag provided between outings. The full ritual lives on our Wash and Care Instructions page.
