Shipping

Every House of Qaara piece is checked, wrapped, and dispatched within 1–2 business days of your order confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 7–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Some pin codes may take a little longer — hand-delivered luxury is worth the wait.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with your Order ID. You can follow your parcel any time via our Track Your Order page.

Cash on Delivery is available across India (a COD handling fee applies at checkout).

Returns & Exchanges

Each Qaara bag is hand-embroidered and made in a limited run, so we handle returns with the same care we put into making them.

Exchanges: if something isn't right, write to us at houseofqaara@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos. Once we receive the piece back, our team will inspect its condition — exchanges are approved only after this quality check confirms the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the dust bag.

Refunds: we do not offer cash refunds. If an exchange isn't possible, we'll issue store credit of equal value that you can use on anything in the House, any time.
