Request an Exchange

Not quite right? Here's how an exchange works at House of Qaara.

Before you begin

Exchanges are accepted only if the piece is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging including the dust bag. Because every bag is hand-embroidered in a limited run, all returned pieces go through a condition check by our team before an exchange is approved.

How to request

1. Within 7 days of delivery, email houseofqaara@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 88268 98470 with your Order ID, the reason, and clear photos of the piece.
2. Our team will confirm your request and arrange the return pickup or share the return address.
3. Once we receive the piece, we inspect its condition. If it passes the quality check, your exchange ships out within 1–2 business days.

The fine print

• No cash refunds — if an exchange isn't possible (for example, the piece you want is sold out), we issue store credit of equal value instead.
• Pieces that fail the condition check (signs of use, missing embellishments caused by wear, missing packaging) will be sent back to you and no exchange or credit will apply.
